Group Product Manager, Advisor Channel

📋 Description

• Own and drive product vision and roadmap for Advisors.
• Align strategy by turning objectives into team OKRs.
• Partner with Partnerships, Ops, and Marketing to optimize advisor experience.
• Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, with high quality.
• Lead customer-focused development from ideation to execution.
• Build and coach teams in customer-centric PDLC practices.
• Improve product performance via launch metrics, feedback, and iterative enhancements.
• Advocate for robust tech roadmaps; balance debt; future architectures.
• Communicate with stakeholders on status, timelines, blockers.
• Take on opportunities beyond core responsibilities to drive impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product leadership; 7+ years PM in tech.
• Experience leading complex cross-team initiatives.
• Led technical products; CS background.
• Experience building 0→1 products and scaling.
• Proficient with growth analytics and experimentation.
• Strong UX focus and problem-solving.
