📋 Description

• Own the Core Product Group at FareHarbor, shaping its strategy and execution
• Lead and mentor the Product Managers in your group, challenging their decision-making processes to
• Drive product excellence through data-driven decision-making, ensuring all initiatives are aligned
• Own and measure success metrics (KPIs), holding yourself and your team accountable for delivering
• Navigate ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly, making informed trade-offs to focus on the
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Commercial teams, Operations, and Product

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B SaaS
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring Product Managers, setting product processes
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of delivering measurable results
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making effective trade-offs based on
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex systems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical
