Group Product Manager - Commerce

📋 Description

• Set Commerce Product Strategy – Own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap across Business
• Lead & Grow a Team of PMs – Manage, mentor, and hire Product Managers across the verticals
• Own the End-to-End Commerce Lifecycle – Be accountable for the full catalog-to-cash journey —
• Drive Platform Coherence – Ensure shared contracts like the analytics engine, layouts, and
• Deliver Business Operations – Guide the PIM, pricing, taxes, channel configuration, loyalty, and
• Deliver Fulfillment Operations – Steer fulfillment, inventory, and the upcoming warehousing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years directly managing Product Managers
• A track record of leading product across a large, multi-team surface area — ideally in commerce
• Proven people leadership: hiring, developing, and retaining strong PMs, and building the operating
• Strong platform and systems judgment, with the ability to reason about how pricing, fulfillment
• Experience partnering with senior engineering, design, and business stakeholders to set strategy
