🎯 Requirements

10-14 years of experience
7-8+ years in Product Management
Proven experience owning and scaling B2C products, platforms, or portfolios
Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap ownership, prioritization, and business impact
5+ years managing, mentoring, or developing Product Managers
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
