Group Product Manager, Customer Acquisition

📋 Description

• Define and communicate product strategy and a clear portfolio of opportunities across multiple B2C
• Lead and develop a team of four Product Managers, including two Product Managers and two Senior
• Support hiring, coaching, performance management, career development, and continuous improvement in
• Coach Product Managers on customer discovery, strategic thinking, experimentation, execution, and
• Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Analytics to
• Resolve cross-functional dependencies, trade-offs, and competing priorities across the product

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience, ideally including leadership of B2C products, platforms
• Proven experience defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing Product Managers, including coaching, mentoring
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, growth strategies, conversion funnels, and customer
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, experimentation, customer insights, and
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Marketing
