Group Project Manager, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Advertising

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for complex, integrated pharmaceutical advertising
• Partner with Account leadership to translate annual client plans and statements of work into
• Oversee integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and approval requirements
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior project managers; provide workload oversight, escalation
• Monitor scope, hours, budgets, project burn, out-of-pocket costs, and resource utilization
• Champion agency workflow and quality standards, resolve operational or resource bottlenecks, lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Seven or more years of direct project management experience, including project planning, budget
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare advertising, or other regulated-industry experience required.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex integrated work and developing project management staff.
