Growth Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Write SQL queries to pull, monitor, and QA growth metrics.
• Build and maintain Hex dashboards for marketing performance.
• Add data components to React-based dashboards.
• Design reporting tools for Affiliate and Premier teams.
• Use Python to clean, transform, and analyze growth data.
• Translate findings into actionable marketing insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills; write and optimize complex queries.
• Hands-on Python for data cleaning/transformation/analysis.
• Experience building dashboards used by others.
• Ability to work independently; ship with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable editing a codebase; React components integration.
• (Plus) Degree or graduate study in data science or analytics.
