Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to build scalable, secure consumer experiences.
• Design and build APIs, services, systems, and experiments to evaluate product features against business metrics.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers; assist in hiring; foster team culture and best practices.
• Participate in the full software development workflow to improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Apply data science and ML techniques to understand and improve product and user behavior.
• Build software in Ruby, JavaScript, TypeScript, and JVM languages.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of Software Engineering experience.
• 6 years of experience in building software with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Ruby.
• 4 years of experience in building web or mobile applications.
• 3 years of experience with SQL databases.
• 2 years of experience in writing technical design documents.
• 1 year of experience designing and implementing large-scale consumer payment experiments.
