Growth Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and automate pipelines from funnel to closed-won revenue.
• Create a rep tooling layer to speed Maple AEs faster.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops to remove bottlenecks.
• Keep data clean and systems running smoothly.
• Prototype, test, and roll out new tools and automations.
• Identify and build other critical systems as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in a technical, ops, or growth role
• Excited by the business problem behind the engineering problem
• Context on modern GTM (cold outbound, attribution, PLG, channels, SDR motions)
• Self-starter: proposes options with opinions on what is right
• Writes code that ships; builds quick 40% solutions, measures, iterates
• Fluent with modern tools (Claude, Cursor, Linear)
