📋 Description

• Own Meta paid acquisition end to end, managing strategy, execution, optimization, and performance
• Build and execute paid growth strategies across India, the Middle East, and Europe, identifying
• Develop and lead the creative testing strategy, maintaining a high velocity of experimentation and

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, ideally for consumer AI products or other
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition for consumer products while maintaining a strong
• Strong experience running Meta Ads across India, the Middle East, and/or European markets, with an
• Hands-on experience owning and optimizing CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and broader
• Strong creative strategy capabilities, including the ability to design, prioritize, test, and
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to use performance data to determine which campaigns
