Growth Management - Merchant Lending (GM/DGM)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end lending funnel in the app: offer discovery, eligibility, application, KYC
• Dig into data to diagnose funnel leaks, cohort behaviour and segment-level differences, and turn
• Define the growth hypotheses, write BRDs and work with product/engineering and design to ship
• Design and analyse A/B tests rigorously: hypothesis, sample size, guardrail metrics, statistical
• Build and maintain the metrics framework and dashboards for merchant lending (north-star, input
• Work with Campaigns/CRM to make product surfaces and lifecycle communication work together.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years across product management, growth or product analytics
• Strong analytical skills
• Deep comfort with experimentation design and statistics
• Clear writing and structured thinking; able to make a data-backed case to leadership
• High ownership, bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
