• Proven ability to scale programs through experimentation and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication—can influence Product/Finance/DS with data and
• Experience in fintech/payments/consumer internet or app-led monetization ecosystems
• Familiarity with segmentation/personalization models and lifecycle channels (push/WhatsApp/in-app)
