Some professional experience and able to figure things out independently

Experience managing advertiser accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, or ARPU (optional)
Experience with tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular (optional)
