Growth Manager - Influencer Program

📋 Description

• Map and rank Tier 1 targets per market: top voices from sectors including but not limited to
• Mine competitor amplifiers: identify who consistently amplifies key competitors, their launches
• Run direct outreach against the mapped list, manage the inbound portal pipeline
• Acquire and negotiate deals with KOLs.
• Build and maintain brief templates per campaign type: launch, promo push, always-on education
• Maintain a localized asset kit per market: visuals, approved claims, risk warning language

🎯 Requirements

• Years running an influencer, or creator program, ideally in crypto, fintech or payments
• Has built a ranked outreach target list from scratch (real follower verification, competitor
• Can negotiate and retain creators on a non-cash-per-conversion basis: this is a
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking acquisition, engagement, trading volume, ROI, and
• Comfortable being measured on SOV, sentiment, and response speed rather than conversion or ROAS
• Native or fluent in at least one EEA market language, plus English
