📋 Description

• Own our global performance marketing channel strategy across all channels, including forecasting
• Execute growth campaigns end-to-end across acquisition, activation, and retention, from hypothesis
• Build campaigns and programs for consumers, developers, and businesses
• Own self-serve and product-led B2B demand generation for Team, Enterprise and the API, and partner
• Partner closely with Data Science on incrementality, holdouts, attribution, lifetime value and
• Drive experimentation and incrementality measurement, translating results into scalable playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing at high-growth technology companies with a self-serve
• Have led a growth marketing function, owning the team, budget, and KPIs across multiple channels
• Have driven self-serve and product-led B2B demand generation as well as consumer growth, and have
• Are rigorous about experimentation and incrementality, can pull and check your own numbers, and can
• Reason from first principles, push through blockers and ship, and bring partner teams along while
• Communicate clearly in writing and can explain marketing performance to non-marketers and executives
