📋 Description

• Own the brand's P&L and its growth targets for revenue, new customers, and CAC, along with the
• Set channel mix and budget allocation within the envelope agreed with Demand & Strategy.
• Build the brand's growth narrative for monthly business reviews and EBRs: what is working, what is
• Set the brand's creative strategy and own its creative territories, evolving them with performance
• Approve the monthly creative allocation (territory and style split) proposed by your Creative
• Hold the creative quality bar and give final sign-off on the brand's performance creative.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 12 years in DTC growth or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a brand's or
• Hands-on fluency across growth marketing: paid social, paid search, social commerce including
• Strong creative judgment: you know what good performance creative looks like and can articulate why
• Experience leading a team across disciplines.
• Commercially sharp: comfortable with unit economics, contribution margin, and making trade-offs
• Brings urgency and structure, and can build relationships in a matrixed organization.
