Growth Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a growth strategy to increase qualified inbound and achieve pipeline targets
• Own monthly forecasting and reporting for qualified inbound, working closely with marketing and
• Manage paid acquisition across search, social, and community channels, including budget allocation
• Run weekly experiments across landing pages, offers, forms, audiences, and messaging to improve
• Own the path from first touch to held meeting, including speed to lead, scheduling, reminders, and
• Improve Numa's visibility across traditional search and AI-powered answer engines

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, including at least 2 years
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to build reports, write queries
• A strong experimentation mindset
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and paid acquisition platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Experience improving conversion across the marketing funnel, from initial engagement through booked
• The ability to forecast performance, explain results, and make clear recommendations to marketing
