Growth Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own the pipeline and acquisition number for your channels and decide what to double down on and
• Build a growth thesis for our paid and digital mix from first principles, and bring new bets to the
• Lead paid social across LinkedIn and Meta Ads and a focused paid search program alongside it.
• Partner with our brand designer on ad creative, pushing the quality bar and staying current on
• Monitor campaign pacing against budget and pipeline goals, flagging issues proactively and knowing
• Leverage AI tools and audience enrichment platforms (including Clay) to build precise targeting

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of excellence in a demanding, analytical field such as investment banking
• Quantitative fluency; a math-first brain that reasons about performance from the data.
• Demonstrated creativity and original thinking: evidence you generate ideas rather than default to
• Strategic mindset: able to connect day-to-day execution to broader business goals, and a sense of
• High motor with a hunger to learn. Actively experiments with AI tools and brings new ideas to the
• Excellent communication skills; able to synthesize performance data into clear, stakeholder-ready
