📋 Description

• Create performance ads for paid social platforms, aligning closely with the performance team to
• Source and manage creators end to end, including identifying new partners, managing outreach
• Craft comprehensive creative briefs for creators, agencies, and internal teams
• Measure, track, and analyze campaign performance data to inform testing strategies and continuously
• Collaborate with product, design, and other cross functional stakeholders to ensure a full-funnel

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years experience as a performance marketer or growth marketer with strong creative
• Hands on experience with Meta platforms and proven expertise in paid social and direct response
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms, like Meta, TikTok
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with global creators and influencers
