Own Axon Enterprise growth marketing and ABM programs
Drive demand gen and pipeline via ABM and paid media
Build data-driven campaigns and dashboards to show impact
Lead cross-functional partnerships with SDRs and Sales

🎯 Requirements

5-8 years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation (SaaS/enterprise)
Proven ABM experience: built and ran account-based programs
Hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase
Experience with ZoomInfo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Experience managing paid media in-house, including budget ownership
Familiarity with AI and emerging martech tools
