🎯 Requirements

2–5 years in growth marketing or ABM; B2B SaaS/fintech
Strong understanding of outbound systems and SDR workflows
Builder mindset; create infrastructure and processes
Resourceful and execution-oriented; move quickly
Strong communication and messaging instincts
Excited by tooling, automation, and modern GTM
