📋 Description

• Own Hover's long-term organic growth strategy across SEO and GEO.
• Build a technical SEO roadmap with Engineering and agency partners.
• Create and evolve content strategy for contractor and insurance buyers.
• Develop GEO framework and experiments for AI-powered search.
• Build scalable editorial processes and publishing workflows.
• Establish reporting linking organic traffic to leads and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in SEO, Growth Marketing, or Organic Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience leading technical SEO and content strategy.
• Proven success scaling organic acquisition programs.
• Deep understanding of crawlability, indexing, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals.
• Experience using SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to connect metrics to business impact.
