📋 Description

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns through Meta
• Manage and continuously improve the journey from ad to landing page or form, qualification
• Review and optimize landing pages, forms, headlines, CTAs, offers, and user flows to improve
• Define and implement qualification criteria aligned with the target customer profile, distinguish
• Build email, SMS, confirmation, reminder, re-engagement, and follow-up workflows that move
• Build and maintain workflows connecting advertising platforms, forms, calendars, CRM systems, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, growth marketing, performance marketing, or lead
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, particularly Facebook and Instagram
• Demonstrated experience building and optimizing complete conversion funnels, from paid acquisition
• Experience improving landing pages, lead forms, CTAs, messaging, and conversion flows based on
• Strong understanding of qualification processes and the ability to optimize for qualified
• Experience creating email nurture and follow-up campaigns and working with CRM and marketing
