Growth Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Own annual and quarterly target setting for the Growth marketing organization, including
• Support annual budgeting and in-quarter re-planning with recommendations on investment levels and
• Own marketing ROI analysis: calculate and report on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, CAC by
• Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation
• Design and maintain models to quantify the impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey
• Conduct ad hoc deep dives to diagnose pipeline trends, marketing channel performance, or funnel

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations
• Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear
• Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives
• Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where definitions, targets, and operating models
• Understanding of B2B SaaS performance metrics: pipeline, ACV, conversion rates, velocity
