Growth Product & Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Break down complex business and user behavior problems to uncover actionable insights that move
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance to execute in-depth analyses and
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments and growth initiatives to optimize user conversion and
• Standardizing business performance reporting metrics based on key objectives and collaborating
• Proactively monitor relevant KPIs, flagging potential performance improvements to the team early
• Identifying technical and strategic gaps in our analytics infrastructure and recommending solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in analytics, data science, finance, or other quantitative domains
• Understanding of A/B testing or experimentation and incrementality concepts
• Proficiency in pulling and joining large data sets with SQL and performing analysis using tools
• Proficiency in designing and building dashboards with tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude
• An understanding and excitement in building out optimized tables and views in a Data Warehouse/Marts
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and a problem solver
