📋 Description

• Set the strategy for your programs: define goals, identify the biggest levers, and decide where to
• Own execution end to end and be accountable for outcomes like pipeline, conversion
• Build and lead the teams that run your programs, including hiring leads who own their areas and
• Build sustainable expert pipelines through targeted outreach, new channels, and creative approaches
• Build AI workflows and automations that replace manual work in sourcing, outreach, screening
• Stand up reporting that shows how each program is performing, where the gaps are, and what to do

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program operations, growth, recruiting or workforce operations, strategy
• Owned a program end to end, from setting the strategy to executing it, with accountability for
• Ability to move between big-picture thinking and details, comfortable building plans and working
• Experience building and managing teams, ideally distributed or contractor-based
• Strong judgment about prioritization when there's more work than time, knowing when to escalate and
• Data-driven: comfortable defining metrics, digging into funnels, and making decisions from
