📋 Description

• Lead the design and evolution of credit policies and pricing for financial products, starting as an
• Operate within a marketplace ecosystem, offering credit solutions that solve real needs for our
• Structure the team's experimentation agenda (hypothesis, test design, holdout, reading results)
• Identify where AI can improve policies, pricing, or processes, validating and implementing these
• Act as Credit's main point of contact with Data, Product & Tech (P&T), Treasury, Strategy
• Maintain the health of our ecosystem by balancing profitability with customer retention, avoiding

🎯 Requirements

• Solid and proven experience in credit risk, having navigated through roles involving policy
• Experience managing specific credit products such as personal loans or working capital.
• A strong analytical bar and a genuine curiosity for AI and new technological techniques.
• An owner's mindset and a hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with tools like Python, GitHub, Airflow, or Databricks is considered a strong plus.
• Knowledge of banking regulations (such as IFRS 9 and BCB 4966).
