📋 Description

• Design and deploy AI outbound workflows that automate account sourcing, contact acquisition
• Move beyond isolated AI experiments by building repeatable, production-ready workflows that
• Reduce manual BDR work through automation while increasing outbound quality, targeting precision
• Support the evolution of JumpCloud’s outbound programs through AI targeting, signal-based
• Rapidly prototype, deploy, measure, and improve GTM workflows with a strong bias toward execution

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience working within modern GTM systems including Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage
• Experience building and maintaining workflows across tools such as Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit
• Strong understanding of outbound operations, lead/account flows, enrichment strategies
• In-depth understanding of how MCPs work and demonstrated experience applying best practices for MCP
• Practical experience applying AI and automation to GTM workflows beyond experimentation.
• Experience working with LLMs (preferably Claude Cowork & Code), prompt workflows, structured
