📋 Description

• Identify, research, and engage prospective customers through targeted outreach across phone, email
• Use prospecting and sales intelligence tools to identify decision-makers within existing target
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently meeting or exceeding activity and
• Monitor market developments, including executive moves, funding activity, industry conferences, and
• Contribute to the development of sales enablement and marketing materials, while proactively
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to strengthen positioning and ensure the business

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in a BDR, SDR, sales development, or similar customer-facing sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed meetings-booked or comparable sales
• Strong cold-calling skills and the confidence to initiate conversations with prospective customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently
• Strong research and prospecting abilities, with the curiosity to understand target accounts
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use sales and marketing technologies such as HubSpot
