📋 Description

• Serve as consultative enablement partner to Americas sales leadership.
• Operationalize Sophos sales methodology across the Americas.
• Develop AI enabled sales readiness for Americas sellers.
• Design AI assisted enablement content and tools.
• Own detailed planning and delivery of enablement programs.
• Facilitate workshops, live training and coaching sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in sales enablement and GTM enablement.
• Ability to partner with senior sales leaders as trusted advisor.
• Deep understanding of sales execution, methodology, and pipeline management.
• Practical fluency in AI tools for sales.
• Experience designing enablement programs, workshops, role-plays and coaching resources.
• Strong program management and stakeholder coordination.
