GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the architecture and evolution of automation workflows across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong
• Design and operationalize AI-driven enrichment workflows in Clay, including custom prompt logic to
• Define and implement GPT-driven outbound personalization frameworks that improve seller efficiency
• Design and maintain integrations across Salesforce, Clay, LeanData, Gong, Outreach, and related GTM
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to improve routing logic, enrichment standards, and
• Leverage Gong transcripts and conversation data to automate call insights into Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing
• Experience building and iterating on standalone internal tools/applications, with hands-on
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience supporting a scaling B2B GTM organization with high outbound motion and fast sales cycle.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and strong understanding of CRM architecture, object
• Direct experience building workflows in Clay and LeanData.
