GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with field leaders to improve processes and methodology
• Build scalable workflows and rules of engagement within and across teams
• Provide reports, dashboards, and data insights critical to understanding performance
• Structure variable compensation plans to correctly incentivize the right motions and playbooks
• Responsible for Salesforce, LeanData, and Gainsight, including design, deployment, process
• Work effectively with AI technologies such as Claude and Vercel

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Sales Operations
• 3+ years at a B2B AI/SaaS growth company
• Active Salesforce Administration certification required; LeanData or Gainsight certification a plus
• Demonstrated domain expertise in the GTM tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, RingLead/ZoomInfo, Clay
• Hands-on and detailed understanding of playbooks for B2B AI/SaaS
• Experience working in a Google Workspace environment
