GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and automate pipelines from top of funnel to closed-won revenue.
• A rep tooling layer to make Maple AE faster than others.
• Work with sales, marketing, and ops to remove bottlenecks and unlock growth.
• Keep data clean and systems running smoothly.
• Prototype, test, and roll out new tools and automations.
• Identify future system needs and build them.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in a technical, ops, or growth role.
• Excited by the business problem behind engineering.
• Context on modern GTM: cold outbound, attribution, PLG, channels.
• Owns problems and proposes options with an opinion on right path.
• Writes code that ships; prefers scrappy solutions and iteration.
• Fluency with modern tools (Claude, Cursor, Linear).
• Apply anyway — we hire on trajectory and wiring.
