🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about AI; use Claude Code, Conductor, or another AI coding harness for most building
• 3+ years in a technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering role with production automations.
• Hands-on with LLM applications: prompt design, tool/function calling, and reviewing output quality
• Familiarity with modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Segment, Airbyte, Hightouch) is a plus.
• Solid SQL and Python or JavaScript; comfortable with REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of outbound/engagement tools (Cargo, Dust, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly
