GTM Knowledge Engineer

📋 Description

• Build GTM agents to automate seller workflows (meeting prep, POV, ROI).
• Maintain backend orchestration layers to surface the right agent in live workflow.
• Agent onboarding and certification via interactive AI role-plays and auto-certification.
• In-call and co-selling assistance with real-time deal guidance.
• Automate content pipelines to connect data sources into seller interfaces.
• Drive Q2C automation and system-wide interface fluency in CPQ.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on engineering, incl 1+ year building AI agents or enterprise apps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Python; APIs; AI orchestration (Claude/LLM).
• Usable UX development: build practical tools for non-technical users.
• Deep knowledge of modern B2B SaaS workflows, MEDDPICC, CRM/CPQ; SQL and Snowflake data models.
• Prototyping mindset: strong code literacy to read/write JS or Python and debug.
• Systems Architect of Enablement: optimize information architecture and agent automation.
