📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning systems strategy and governance framework that aligns
• Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for learning and enablement platforms
• Partner with GTM Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to curate, manage, and optimize
• Define and track KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness, leveraging analytics to
• Manage relationships with LMS, CMS, and Sales Enablement vendors while acting as a key liaison

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new
• 3-5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms, preferably within a SaaS
• Strong understanding of learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, CMS tools, and modern sales enablement technologies
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or
• Experience managing system integrations combined with excellent project management and stakeholder
