📋 Description

  • Own ABM ops end-to-end: target accounts, intent data feeds, scoring, audience syncs
  • Build demand-gen data layer: UTM framework, attribution in HubSpot, routing, reporting
  • Own Marketing–Sales boundary in HubSpot: MQL handoff, lifecycle transitions, AE rules, lead scoring, SLA
  • Set up Segment eventing for Meta/Google/TikTok; ensure signals are accurate and diagnosed
  • Manage web tags on the Marketing Site via Google Tag Manager; audit and coordinate with Eng
  • Ensure Sales and Lifecycle Marketing have the data they need; feed events to HubSpot and Iterable

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing ops, demand gen, or RevOps at high-growth tech
  • Hands-on HubSpot: workflows, lifecycle, lead scoring, forms, and reporting
  • Experience with Segment or CDP: configure sources, destinations, diagnose issues
  • Hands-on Google Tag Manager: deploy/audit tags; coordinate with Eng
  • Strong campaign attribution: UTM governance and multi-touch models
  • Experience managing audience syncs to paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
  • Use AI tools to increase leverage and quality of work
  • Detail-oriented QA: test, document, and audit regularly
