• Own full-cycle GTM & Ops hiring for all roles (AEs, SEs, Marketing, Finance)
• Build outbound sourcing from scratch with targeted headhunting and network
• Partner with founders to define exceptional hires and scalable processes
• Own the hiring process with urgency; speed is key
• Be the business advisor on market trends and talent opportunities
• Build our network and brand to engage passive talent for long-term sequences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across GTM & Ops in fast-paced startups
• Proven track record of hiring top talent for GTM & Ops
• Urgency and ability to operate in a hypergrowth environment
• Experience with technical products; ability to sell roles to candidates (infra/dev-tools a plus)
• Good process instinct and balance between rigor and efficiency
• High agency and thrive in ambiguity
