📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design and execution of strategic GTM programs
• Translate strategy into executable programs with clear objectives
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and dependencies
• Establish a portfolio view; track status, impact and interdependencies
• Define and maintain KPI frameworks across the portfolio
• Drive quarterly enablement with VP and cross-functional teams

• SaaS/AI program management experience
• End-to-end program delivery with portfolio management
• Strong strategic thinking and clear program objectives
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment
• Enterprise SaaS GTM and sales enablement knowledge
• Analytical skills: metrics, dashboards, reporting
