📋 Description

• Partner with APAC Enterprise Sales Leadership to define field strategy for APAC and ensure
• Drive forecast rigor and pipeline quality by establishing clear expectations, processes, and
• Design, implement, and evolve regional operating rhythms (business reviews, forecast calls
• Lead high-priority GTM initiatives for APAC that tackle complex, cross-functional problems and
• Partner closely with GTM Enablement to identify capability gaps and support the onboarding and ramp
• Build and develop a high-performing team of APAC Sales Business Partners

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a closely related field
• Experience in high-growth technology environments combined with backgrounds in investment banking
• 2+ years of people management experience leading high-performing, analytically oriented teams
• Demonstrated track record as a strategic business partner to senior GTM leaders
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments
