📋 Description

• Support regional sales leaders with intelligence to accelerate growth
• Standardize global/regional processes currently decentralized
• Provide deep dives into key performance metrics
• Problem solve and structure analyses for complex sales ops challenges
• Identify opportunities for productivity gains for regional leadership
• Participate in go-to-market projects and regular planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Management &
• 5 years experience with SQL and advanced analytics to analyze large data sets
• 5 years experience with BI visualization tools (Tableau) and data-driven insights for senior leaders
• 4 years experience using AI to boost productivity and automate reporting
• 3 years experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering deep analyses

• Salary: $155,800 - $233,600/yr; additional commissions/bonuses may apply
