Guest Communications Coordinator

📋 Description

• Build, test, schedule, and deploy email, SMS, and app push notification campaigns using Klaviyo
• Draft clear, engaging, and on-brand guest communications, including welcome messages, reminders
• Create and maintain welcome series and communications for artist and event services programs.
• Thoroughly proofread all campaign content, checking grammar, spelling, formatting, merge fields
• Verify audience segmentation to ensure communications reach the correct guests based on VIP status
• Serve as a key after-hours contact for road teams and operational stakeholders, responding to

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in email or SMS marketing, guest services, customer communications
• Excellent written and spoken English, with exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to identify small errors in copy, links, audience
• Familiarity with email service providers or marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo
• Hands-on experience building, testing, scheduling, or deploying customer communication campaigns is
• Ability to work reliably during after-hours and weekend periods when urgent event-related
