• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers in-store
• Promote and sell products; engage customers on omni experience
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and back-of-house order
• Support with garment care, stock replenishment and visuals
• Represent H&M brand positively in interactions
• Assist store team to reach sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Communicative, creative, flexible and team-oriented
• Sales experience in fashion/retail a plus
• Ability to advise customers on trends and products
• Willingness to learn and participate in onboarding
• Commitment to store procedures and legal requirements
