📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store
• Promote and sell products, using fashion knowledge to inform customers
• Support garment refill, care, presentation and store cleanliness
• Engage customers in omni-channel experiences where available
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions
• Assist with opening/closing and store operations to reach sales targets

• Passionate about fashion and customer service
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility and initiative
• Experience in sales or customer service in fashion/retail
• Able to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment
• Sales experience in a fast-paced store setting
• Willing to follow store procedures and comply with legal requirements
