• Provide excellent customer service in-store and guide customers through the store experience
• Actively promote products, fashion trends, and store stories to drive sales
• Support with garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor and back of house
• Engage with customers, promote loyalty app Hello Member, and participate in omni-channel initiatives
• Collaborate with store team to reach sales targets and maintain brand standards

• Passionate about fashion with strong customer service experience
• Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, and team-oriented
• Experience in fashion, retail, or service industries
• Ability to learn and share product/fashion knowledge with customers
• Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment
