📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Promote products, share fashion trends, and support omni-channel experiences
• Maintain store presentation, garment care, and back-of-house organization
• Engage with customers, drive sales, and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion and in-store experiences
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, and collaboration
• Sales experience in dynamic retail environments
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail or service industries
