📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Promote and sell products, including loyalty app and sustainability initiatives
• Maintain garment presentation, refill, and care on the sales floor
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas per best practices
• Support store opening/closing and OMNI services (Click & Collect, etc.)
• Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements

• Passionate about fashion and in-store experience
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive
• Enjoys collaborative and dynamic environments
• Sales experience in retail or customer service
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or service industries
