📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage with customers to promote and sell products, including fashion trends and stories
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets
• Complete full garment cycle (unpacking, refill, steaming, etc.)
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice

• Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries
• Passion for fashion and the ability to guide customers on trends
• Customer-oriented, communicative, creative, and action-oriented
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
