• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Promote and sell products to customers
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, and competitor knowledge
• Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking, refill, steaming, and garment care

• Passion for fashion and everything created in-store
• Motivated by delivering excellent customer experience
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
• Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or service-related industries
