• Provide excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store
• Promote and sell products using fashion knowledge
• Complete full garment cycle, refill, steam, and ensure garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas
• Maintain clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
• Support store opening and closing routines

• Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, action-oriented
• Sales experience in dynamic environment
• Customer service experience in fashion or retail
